This site exists to route Chester County radon requests. It collects what is needed to do that — your call details, any voicemail you leave, and anything you email — and uses it only for that routing. Last updated July 22, 2026.
Phone and voicemail
What happens when you call.
Our phone line at (610) 561-3706 runs on Twilio. When you call, Twilio processes call metadata such as your number, the call time, and duration. If the call is not answered live, an announcement invites you to leave a voicemail: that recording — and an automated transcript, where available — is stored by Twilio and delivered to our intake inbox so we can act on your request.
We do not record live phone conversations. Pennsylvania law requires all parties to consent before a phone conversation is recorded. If that ever changes, you will be told before any recording starts and offered email as an alternative.
What happens when you email.
Email to intake@chestercountyradonpros.com is processed by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a staffed intake inbox. We receive whatever you choose to send: your address, message content, and details such as town, test result, or deadline. Browsing this website requires no account and no forms.
How it is used
Routing your request, nothing else.
Call, voicemail, and email details are used to understand your radon situation — town, service needed, result, and timing — and, where appropriate, route the request toward a PA DEP-certified provider. When a request is routed, only the details needed to handle it are shared with that provider. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
No tracking scripts on this site.
As of the date above, this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking scripts of any kind. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard connection and security logs, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to serve and protect the site. If any measurement is ever added, this page will be updated to describe what it is and why.
Retention and questions

Voicemails, transcripts, and intake messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email intake@chestercountyradonpros.com.
